Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of brazing aluminum capable of improving bondability when manufacturing flat tubes for an aluminum heat exchanger by brazing by joining to braze a tube material and inner fins.SOLUTION: The method of brazing aluminum joins to braze the tubes containing 2-6% of Si and shaped so that a clad layer of an aluminum two-layer clad material having a clad layer of a thickness of 5 μm or more of an Al-Si based alloy consisting of a remainder Al and impurities is an inner face, and an aluminum inner fin material containing 7.5-12% of Si and cladding an Al-Si based alloy brazing material consisting of a remainder Al and impurities by being assembled so that the clad layer of the Al-Si based alloy and the Al-Si based alloy brazing material are contacted on the one side face of a core material of an aluminum alloy. |
