Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in order to arrange micro nucleic acid probes one by one highly densely, a method for having only one molecule of nucleic acid probe captured by a bulky fine particle in advance and selectively fixing the fine particle to a structure arranged arbitrarily is very effective; however, although from viewpoint of fixation response, a fine particle diameter and an adhesion pad had better be large, a fine particle had better be small from viewpoint of excitation, so that a fine particle diameter and an adhesion pad diameter are limited to that extent and an optimal condition for each of fixation response and excitation cannot be met.SOLUTION: An external stimuli-responsive fine particle is used as a bulky fine particle. First, an external stimuli-responsive fine particle which holds one molecule of nucleic acid sample piece is highly densely and regularly arranged on a substrate one by one, external stimulus is given, and volume of the fine particle is reduced.
