Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet which has excellent surface emission properties useful, e.g., for the light diffusing plate of a liquid crystal display of a backlight system or an edge light system, has high brightness, also has reduced unevenness in brightness of an emission surface, has excellent color tone, and also has wet heat resistance, heat resistance (heat cycle resistance) and impact resistance.SOLUTION: The light-diffusible composite sheet includes: a resin sheet; a resin film; and an adhesive layer. The composite sheet is characterized in that: (1) the resin film has a specified projection-shaped rib structure, and also, a diffusing agent is not contained in the resin film; (2) the projection-shaped rib structure and the resin sheet are integrated at a prescribed area via the adhesive layer; (3) the resin sheet has a thickness of 0.3 to 5.0 mm; and (4) holes are provided between the resin sheet and the resin film.
