Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunity inducer which can be implanted or injected into a living body by a simple procedure and can activate an immunological activity in a living body without causing any adverse side effects.SOLUTION: The immunity inducer contains -tricalcium phosphate( -TCP) having a porosity of 50% or less. This immunity inducer is to be implanted or injected into a living body, particularly a part (an unaffected part) close to an affected part such as a cancerous part. Thus, in the vicinity of the -TCP, lymphocytes such as T cells, B cells and NK cells or dendritic cells can be induced to form a lymph-node-like tissue in which lymphocytes are localized in high density. The dosage forms of the immunity inducer include particles or granules each having a particle or granular size of not less than 0.05 m and less than 25 μm, tablets, or columnar forms.
