Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device with a groove for light reflection that has high flexibility and a simple structure and the cost of which can be reduced.SOLUTION: The light-emitting device comprises a light-emitting element, and a wiring board. The wiring board has a flexible strip material produced by sticking a conductor or a high thermal conductor to an insulator composed of an organic material with an adhesive composed of an organic material, a groove for light reflection formed directly in the surface of the insulator opposite from the surface where the conductor or the high thermal conductor is stuck, and a light reflection film which covers at least the side surface of the groove directly. The light-emitting element is mounted on the bottom face of the groove covered with the light reflection film.
