PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for importing image information.SOLUTION: The method for importing image information is run in an electronic device connected to a display device. The method includes a step for selecting target properties from an advertisement or a movie using a pattern tool frame, a step for defining information on each target property and storing it, a step for displaying the advertisement or the movie on the display device, a step for receiving operation of touching or clicking one of the target properties, a step for importing the information stored on the target property touched or clicked and a step for displaying the information on the target property on the display device. The system for importing image information is also provided.
