Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect a composite member including a front board member, a rear board member and a junction to be arranged between the front board member and the rear board member even when ultrasonic probes can be attached only from the side of the front board member in a ultrasonic inspection system.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic inspection system 10 is constituted by including: a laser drive device 12; a galvanometer mirror 14 which scans the surface of the front board member 62 with a laser beam; ultrasonic probes 16, 18 which are arranged at parts where a rear board member 64 is exposed seen from the front board member 62; and a controller 30 and the like. The controller 30 includes: an individual imaging processing section 36 which associates laser beam scanning timing with detection signals received by the respective ultrasonic probes 16, 18 and images ultrasonic vibration distribution in a member 60 for test on a unidimensional surface; and an enhanced imaging processing section 38 which performs sum calculation or product calculation of a plurality of pieces of image data at the same position to be made into enhanced processing data of the position.
