PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device in which the characteristics can be quickly corrected when shifted by a change in temperature.SOLUTION: A receiving device comprises: an orthogonal signal generating section for generating a same phase signal and an orthogonal signal by multiplying a receiving signal by a same phase local signal and an orthogonal local signal almost intersecting each other, respectively; a storage circuit for storing a table indicating the relationship between temperatures and offset values, obtained by controlling a current supplied to the orthogonal signal generating section; a controlling circuit for reading the table from the storage circuit and selecting from the table the offset value corresponding to a temperature indicated by received temperature information; a signal adjusting circuit for changing at least one of a relative amplitude and a relative phase between the same phase signal and the orthogonal signal on the basis of the offset value to output the changed same phase signal and the changed orthogonal signal; and a filter circuit for filtering the changed same phase signal and the changed orthogonal signal to obtain a component in a predetermined band to output the component.
