Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device that can achieve further thinness and downsizing.SOLUTION: A disc device includes a pair of slide cam members 16, 18 that each start movements when a disk is transported to a reproducible position, and a pair of clamper lifters 23a, 23b that each include clamper support units 41b for supporting a clamper. The pair of clamper lifters move in opposite directions to each other in a horizontal direction perpendicular to a thickness direction of the disc device in synchronization with the movements of the pair of slide cam members, and have different timing of starting the movements in the opposite directions to each other, and the clamper support units include inclined planes that are brought into contact with a periphery of the clamper in accordance with the movements in the opposite directions of the pair of clamper lifters to each other and move the clamper in the thickness direction of the disc device. |
