Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guss asphalt finisher enabling high-quality pavement construction with a finished surface of excellent flatness, by avoiding protrusions such as rivets provided on the joints of steel plate floors in foundation construction for a bridge floor slab pavement in which the top faces, etc. of the steel plate floors are unpaved surfaces.SOLUTION: The guss asphalt finisher is provided with a horizontal sliding type level roller 9. The horizontal sliding type level roller 9 has an upper end side connected to a leveling arm 6 and a lower end side provided with a roller 20 which rolls in contact with an unpaved surface. The roller 20 in the level roller 9 supporting the weight of a screed 5 via the leveling arm 6 is supported to be slidable in the width direction of a machine body 2 and is slid by a required amount by operation of driving means 23. |
