Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel fastening component capable of improving workability, allowing part management to be easily done, and to provide a sash having the same and a method for fastening a panel body.SOLUTION: An indoor exposed part of a metal frame 2 is covered with a resin frame 3 to form a frame body 1 in which a panel body 4 is fitted. The panel body 4 is fastened to an inner peripheral surface of the metal frame 2 of a sash, where the metal frame 2 applies pressing force to an outdoor side of the panel body 4 and an edge pressing member 5 made of resin applies pressing force to an indoor side respectively, so that the panel body 4 is prevented from dropping off. A panel fastening component comprises a base member 31 that is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the metal frame 2 and a hooking member 32 that is rotatable relative to the base member 31. The hooking member 32 is retractable between the indoor side of the panel body 4 and the edge pressing member 5 through rotation relative to the base member 31.
