PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow yarn membrane module that secures a sufficient flux to enable efficient filtering treatment, and a hollow yarn membrane module filter.SOLUTION: The hollow yarn membrane module to be used in the hollow yarn membrane module filter for filtering raw water from the outer surface of a hollow yarn membrane to the inner surface thereof, includes the hollow yarn membrane bundle wherein a plurality of hollow yarn membranes having opening ends are arranged with predetermined gaps and the sealing end member provided to one end of the hollow yarn membrane bundle to seal and fix the end parts on the side opposite to the opening ends of the hollow yarn membranes. Opening parts for supplying raw water to the gaps are provided in the sealing end member. In the hollow yarn membrane module filter with the hollow yarn membrane module housed in an outer cylinder, a raw water supply port is provided at one end of the outer cylinder, while a filtered water takeout port is provided at the other end of the outer cylinder, and the hollow yarn membrane module is arranged so that the sealing end member provided in the hollow yarn membrane module faces the raw water supply port.
