Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device from which a wide band characteristic can be obtained even if gain is increased or decreased.SOLUTION: A slender hot dipole element 10 and a rectangular earth land 15 are formed on a surface of a substrate 13. A first passive element 12a and a second passive element 12b, which have folding portions to confront with the hot dipole element 10 via the substrate, and an earth dipole element 11 whose upper part is confronted with the earth land 15 via the substrate are formed at a rear face of the substrate 13. Power is supplied to an end of the hot dipole element 10 and the earth land 15 from a coaxial cable 16. Length of the earth dipole element 11 is set to that corresponding to required antenna gain.
