Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector that is easily fitted and removed through a simple structure by using a magnet and also easily removed when a cable is drawn to have a safe structure such that a contact is not touched with a finger, and has a wiping function and flows a sufficient current.SOLUTION: A connector 10 includes a plurality of contacts 14 each having a contact part 20 which comes into contact with an opposite connector 60 and a connection part 24 which is connected to a substrate 50 or a cable 90, and a housing 12 in which the contacts 14 are arrayed and held and which has a fitting opening 18 or a fitting part 70 fitted to the opposite connector 60. The contact 14 is provided with an elastic part 26 and a fixed part 22 between the contact part 20 and the connection part 24, and also includes the contact part 20, the elastic part 26, the fixed part 22, and the connection part 24 in this order, and the connector or the opposite connector has at least one magnet 16 arranged at a predetermined position.
