Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle with an undercover device capable of suitably holding a grounding load of wheels with a simple construction and further heightening durability.SOLUTION: In the vehicle 10 with the undercover device, the undercover device 20 is provided on a lower side of a vehicle body 11. The undercover device includes left and right link mechanisms 27 and 28 connecting an undercover 21 to the vehicle body. Each of the left and the right link mechanisms has a first link 41 freely rotatably connected to the vehicle body, a second link 42 freely rotatably connected to the first link and freely rotatably connected to the undercover and a third link 46 freely rotatably connected to a connection shaft 44 of the first and the second links and freely rotatably connected to a supporting member.
