Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bread making machine capable of easily making bean jam in a short time.SOLUTION: First of all, a bean jam material is heated at a heater energization rate of 90% or more at a preset temperature of 110-130°C, a heater 7 is switched off when a heating temperature exceeds the preset temperature, the bean jam material is stirred by making a kneading blade 9 rotate intermittently under conditions of a 0.2 or less second rotation time and a down time being 10 times the length or more of the rotation time, the neading blade 9 isstopped when the heating temperature becomes lower than the preset temperature to heat the bean jam at a heater energization rate of 80% or more, and finally the heater is switched off in a cooling process for natural cooling. Thereby, a bread making machine capable of easily making bean jam in a short time while preventing scattering and burning of the bean jam material, capable of kneading bread dough by the same kneading blade, and capable of being used without using a speed changer and a fan motor can be provided inexpensively. |
