The server device 300 comprises an information managing portion 311 correspondingly managing a plurality of clip file information of a first moving image content transmitted from a client device 200 before, and first reproduction control file information of the first moving image content; a transmitting/receiving portion 305 receiving second reproduction control file information of a second moving image content which the client device 200 intends to transmit; and a comparing portion 312 comparing the second reproduction control file information with the first reproduction control file information. The transmitting/receiving portion 305 transmits or receives the clip file information corresponding to third reproduction control file information decided on the basis of a comparison result.
