Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker with improved detection accuracy of a temperature in a cooking chamber.SOLUTION: The heating cooker comprises a body 2, a cooling fan 60 disposed in the body 2, a cooking chamber 26 disposed in the body 2 with a front face opening, a temperature sensor 80 provided with a fixing piece 83 fixed to the cooking chamber 26 by a fixing member 84, a tube 80a including a detection element for detecting a temperature of the cooking chamber 26 and a lead wire 80b, and a heat insulation material 52 covering the temperature sensor 80 fixed to the outside of the cooking chamber 26. A fitting position of the fixing member 84 for fixing the fixing piece 83 of the temperature sensor 80 is located in relation to a cooling air generated by the cooling fan 60 on the leeward of a position of the detection element. A position of a through hole 52a provided on the heat insulation material 52 through which the lead wire 80b of the temperature sensor 80 is passed and a position of a notch 52b provided on the heat insulation material 52 between the through hole 52a and an edge face of the heat insulation material 52 are located in relation to the cooling air generated by the cooling fan 60 on the leeward of a position of the temperature sensor 80. |
