Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive having improved various properties such as thermal conductivity without deteriorating flexibility and adhesion when processed into a sheet shape.SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises (A) a (meth)acrylic resin having an active hydrogen-containing group and a mass average molecular weight in the range of 800-20,000, (B) an acrylic crosslinking agent having a functional group equivalent in the range of 200-1,500 g/eq, and, optionally, (C) a (meth)acrylic resin having an active hydrogen-containing group and a mass average molecular weight in the range of 0.2 million to 2 million.
