Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve acceleration of the speed of imaging without accelerating a transfer clock, using a plurality of output amplifier parts for a parallel processing, nor need for a fine processing technology to suppress increase of an chip area due to arrangement of the plurality of output amplifier parts.SOLUTION: Horizontal transfer parts 31 and 32 are independently driven on regions divided into right and left, respectively, in order to convert each signal charge horizontally transferred into a voltage signal by an output part provided between the horizontal transfer parts 31 and 32, horizontal transfer is performed to one sides of the horizontal transfer parts 31 and 32 which are provided on one sides of the vertical transfer parts 2 during a horizontal blanking time for charge-transferring a signal charge from each vertical transfer part 2 to the other sides of the horizontal transfer parts 31 and 32 so that the signal charge can be converted into a signal voltage. That is, a high-speed charge transfer is enabled as the horizontal transfer is not stopped during the horizontal blanking time unlike the related art. |
