Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a variable range for a selected wavelength easily, while reducing displacement of an optical axis of output light.SOLUTION: A light source system 1 includes: a polarized light splitting element 8 that splits light from a light source into linearly polarized light components L3 and L4; a highly reflective mirror 11 that reflects the linearly polarized light component L3 to the polarized light splitting element 8; and a filter rotor 9 and a quarter wave plate 10 which are provided between the polarized light splitting element 8 and the highly reflective mirror 11. The filter rotor 9 has four band-pass filters 91a to 91d which selectively allow a light component based on the linearly polarized light components L3 from the polarized light splitting element 8 to pass therethrough in a wavelength range corresponding to an incident angle of the light component, and which are rotatably supported so that the incident angle can be changed. |
