Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-piece dress for piggyback which has a simple design without stifling sense while sufficiently securing a portion covering a crossing part of a piggyback belt.SOLUTION: The one-piece dress for piggyback 1 is used also as a one-piece dress as general wear. A mother wears the one-piece dress for piggyback 1, and closely fits a rear body 11 to the shoulder by connecting rear portions 13 of right and left shoulder belts to each other while suspending down a front body 7 for preparation. In this preparation state, a baby is carried on his/her back by the use of the piggyback belt. Thereafter, the crossing portion of the piggy back belt is covered with the front body 7, the connection of the rear portions 13 of the right and left shoulder belts is released, and the respective front portions 9 and rear portions 13 of the right and left shoulder belt portions 5 are connected to each other as in a general one-piece dress.
