Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight lower structure of a vehicle that reduces material costs required for sealer, the time required for applying sealer, and facility costs, while reliably reinforcing a dash lower member with a reinforcement and preventing the dash lower member from being deformed at a vehicle collision.SOLUTION: A dash panel 3 is connected with a main floor panel 4. A dash lower member 5 is provided over the outside W2 of the dash panel 3 and the outside W2 of the main floor panel 4. A convex bead 34V is formed on the inside W1 along the dash lower member 5 over the dash panel 3 and the main floor panel 4. A reinforcement 11 having a swollen part 11B to be fit into the bead 34V is connected to the dash lower member 5. A closing cross section is formed by the reinforcement 11 and the dash lower member 5.
