PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage air conditioning facility management system which enables a person in charge of maintenance to check an operational state of main equipment in a facility by a mobile phone when the person in charge of maintenance receives an alarming mail by his/her mobile phone.SOLUTION: In a mobile phone 3, an abnormal occurrence data receiving part receives data indicating the occurrence of abnormality from an abnormal occurrence data transmitting part of an equipment monitoring terminal 21 and the received data is displayed on a display part 35, when some pieces of equipment out of a plurality of pieces of equipment included in a heat storage air conditioning facility 2 are in an abnormal state. Further, an equipment state request transmitting part of the mobile phone 3 requires an equipment state request receiving part of the equipment monitoring terminal 21 to transmit data indicating a state of the plurality of pieces of equipment in response to acceptance of a reply operation for an alarming mail from an operating part, an equipment state receiving part receives data indicating a state of the equipment, and the received data is displayed on the display part 35 of the mobile phone 3.
