Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning and ventilating device which suppresses temperature transmission from a sensor, which senses a temperature on the downstream side to an air-conditioning coil, to a casing, thus hardly allows the formation of due condensation water to occur.SOLUTION: The air conditioning and ventilating device includes the casing in which an air intake passage and an exhaust passage are formed, the air-conditioning coil which is disposed on the downstream side to a heat exchanger and cools air in the air intake passage, an intake route 29 which makes up at least part of the air intake passage between the air-conditioning coil and an indoor-side blowout outlet and is formed of an expandable material thermally insulating the air intake passage from the casing, the temperature sensor 11 which is disposed in the intake route 29 and measures the temperature of air supplied indoors, and a temperature sensor holding member 25 having a standing part 25a which is inserted in the intake route 29 to stand up and hold the temperature sensor 11 and an extended part 25b which is formed to extend in a direction different from the direction of insertion of the standing part 25a to avoid contact with the casing and is fixed to the intake route 29.
