Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a terminal member of a ventilating device which can control maintenance cost and pressure loss and save an installation space.SOLUTION: The terminal member 1 of a ventilating device includes an air passage 1d which is formed to extend substantially vertically inside an outer wall 2 of a building as well as having height which is at least the same as substantially first floor of the building. In the air passage, a lower opening 1a communicating to outside is formed on a lower end side and an upper opening 1b connecting to the ventilating device installed inside the building is formed on an upper end side. A bottom face of the air passage extending from the lower opening to the inside the air passage is inclined so as to lower the lower opening side.
