PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer sheet excelling in flexibility, transparency, impact resistance, heat resistance, a heat seal characteristic and cleanness, hardly causing an appearance defect, thickness variation or the like in multilayer molding, rich in moldability and excelling in a suppression effect against sheet base material strength degradation even when thinned, and a package for heating treatment.SOLUTION: This propylene resin multilayer sheet comprises at least two layers such as an intermediate layer (1) and an outer layer (2). In the propylene resin multilayer sheet, the intermediate layer (1) comprises a resin composition (X) containing 60-90 wt.% of a propylene resin composition (A) comprising 30-70 wt.% of a specific propylene-α-olefin random copolymer (A1) and 70-30 wt.% of a propylene-ethylene random copolymer (A2), 40-10 wt.% of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (B) and 1-25 wt.% of a propylene resin (C); and the outer layer (2) comprises a specific propylene resin composition (Y). A packing bag for heating treatment obtained from the same is also provided.
