Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select an optimal position and an optimal force transmission state by changing a pulling position in improving the lower limb for bending and stretching the knee.SOLUTION: A slide base 4 is reciprocated along slide grooves 2 of a base 1, and a tilting plate 6 is turnably erected at the center of the slide base 4 by hinges 7. A footrest part 12 is mounted in a laterally turnable and vertically reciprocating manner to the surface of the tilting plate 6 through an elongated hole 11, a bolt 14 and a nut 15. One end of each of traction strings 22 are connected to right and left connection holes 21 of the tilting plate 6, and grip parts 24 at the other end of each of the traction strings 22 are pulled or loosened to reciprocate the footrest part 12 together with the tilting plate 6. The knee is thereby bent and stretched to improve the lower limb. An optimal part for bending and stretching the lower limb is selected by switching the connection holes 21 to which the one end of each of the traction strings 22 are connected, and a part for making improvement preponderantly is switched between the heel, arch and toes of the foot.
