Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and effective means of exterminating fungus and parasites, as an alternative to an agent, in a live fish water tank for marine fish and a circulating water tank for land culture.SOLUTION: The rearing method includes mixing an epigallocatechin to seawater in a weight ratio of 0.5-1.2 ppm, and rearing fish in this seawater. Also, in the rearing method, the salt concentration of seawater is 5-35 permillages.
