Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for pre-registration of network information of a femtocell on a base station of a macro cell, and to reduce power consumption for searching a mobile device.SOLUTION: If an UE1 is present in a private femtocell FC1, information of the private femtocell (Scrambling Code and UTRAN Cell ID, carrier frequency, and the like) and information of macro cells A, B, C on the periphery are stored as a set. In case of presence within the private femtocell FC1, a trigger condition is met at the time of positioning in the vicinity of the private femtocell FC1 that is registered, and the UE1 positively searches the private femtocell and makes itself to be within the area. No searching process of the private femtocell is performed until the trigger condition is met, resulting in less frequency of carrying out of searching, for reduced power consumption of the UE1.
