Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a constant-temperature device for performing a burn-in test to develop a constant-temperature device which is capable of reducing the power consumption and has less variance in temperature.SOLUTION: The sum total of a calorific value A of a test object W itself and heat of stirring B which a blower gives to air in a test chamber is larger than a heat discharge C from an adiabatic wall in a state where a damper is closed. During steady operation, the damper is fixedly opened with a fixed opening, and a heat quantity in accordance with a temperature rise is discharged by ventilation (equivalent ventilation), and a relatively small control heater 13 is used to perform proportional control of a temperature in the test chamber.
