Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment for a tooth cleaning device and tooth cleaning device that effectively polish gaps between teeth.SOLUTION: The attachment for the stain removal of the tooth cleaning device includes an interdental part 25 for cleaning gaps between teeth by being inserted between the teeth; and a base 28 on which the interdental part 25 is disposed. In an outer peripheral surface of the interdental part 25, a first main cleaning surface 61 and a second main cleaning surface 62 form a pair of surfaces which are mutually opposed by being surrounded by visible outlines when viewing from the front and the back. When viewing from the respective sides, when a first assistant cleaning face 63 and a second assistant cleaning face 64 form a pair of surfaces which are mutually opposed by being surrounded by visible outlines, the edge of the interdental part 25 is configured so that a distance between the first main cleaning surface 61 and the second main cleaning surface 62 becomes narrow as the edge progresses toward the tip of the interdental part 25.
