PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child idea collection system which collects ideas from a child, accepts an application and approves registration.SOLUTION: The child idea collection system includes: a personal information processing means for obtaining personal information on the child and a nickname the use of which is desired by the child, giving an identification number to the child, and permitting the use of the nickname associated with the identification number; a registration processing means for receiving application required information including the nickname of which the use is permitted by the personal information processing means, a name of a theme, and image data concerning the idea of the child concerning the application, recording received data year, month, date of the application required information as application year, month, date information, approving the registration for the application required information and giving registration information including the registration year, month, date information and a registration number to the child who is an applicant when there is no defect in the application required information; a registration information storage means for storing the application required information and the registration information by associating them with each other to be stored; and a registration information announcement means for announcing at least a part in the application required information and the registration information stored in the registration information storage means.
