The information processor 4 comprises: a character detecting section 12 that specifies, from a drawn figure handwritten, a group of figures that become a color determination unit, as a unit figure; a character size determination section 13 that determines a size of the unit figure; and a character color determination section 14 that determines a color of the unit figure according to the size of the unit figure.
