Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate excellent in reflectivity, whiteness, heat resistance and adhesion properties.SOLUTION: The laminate is provided with a resin layer which is formed by coating one side or both sides of a film-like or sheet-like base material with a resin composition containing 100 pts.mass of polyimide or polyamide-imide resin (A) and 300-4,000 pts.mass of white pigment (B). Further, the laminate is formed by coating one side or both sides of the base material with a resin composition prepared by adding a surfactant (C) to the resin composition. Since this laminate is excellent in heat resistance, reflective characteristics and adhesion properties, it can be used, for example, as the reflective material of LED (light-emitting diode), an LED mounting flexible printed wiring board and a cover lay.
