PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail error transmission prevention device, a mail error transmission prevention method, and a mail error transmission prevention program for preventing error transmission of mails and to prevent error transmission of mail which is confident.SOLUTION: A mail transmitter 1 prepares a mail and sends it. The transmitted mail is temporally held in a transmission server. The held mail is forwarded to a management server 7. The management server 7 detects the security level of the mail from the words in the text of the mail forwarded and detects the security level of the recipient of the destination. When the security level of the mail detected is smaller than or the same as the security level of the recipient, the mail is sent as such, and when greater, the mail transmitter 1 is informed of an alarm. The mail transmitter 1 instructs the transmission or stop instruction of transmission so that the transmission or stop of transmission is performed according to the operation.
