The molded nozzle plate further includes a nozzle hole surface having two or more nozzle holes 330 in the nozzle plate, a sidewall 390 defining cavities surrounding the nozzle hole surface, and the molded die alignment features 380 in the cavities of the nozzle plate. The MEMS die is positioned in the cavities according to the molded die alignment features.
