Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with a conventional noise reducing apparatus, wherein an enlarged speaker diameter prevents approaching to a noise source, regarding the noise reducing apparatus using a reducer.SOLUTION: The noise reducing apparatus 1 emits sound of a secondary sound source having an opposite phase to original sound from a position adjacent to the original sound to cancel the original sound, and is configured such that a reducer 5 is attached to a speaker 4 for the secondary sound source, the speaker 4 is retracted from a position of the original sound 2, and a discharge port 5a of the reducer 5 is jointly installed adjacent to the original sound 2.
