Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of reducing ripples of output waveforms.SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit comprises, for example, a high-frequency switch circuit RFSW, and a switch control circuit SWCTL controlling the on and off of the high-frequency switch circuit. The SWCTL comprises two down-converter circuits VGEN1 and VGEN2, and level shift circuits LS[1] through LS[4]. Each LS[n] circuit includes a level shift stage LSSG[n] and an output stage OTSG[n] connected to the subsequent stage of the level shift stage, and the RFSW is controlled by a control signal OUT[n] from the OTSG[n]. The LSSG[n] operates using a negative power-supply voltage (-VSS1) from the VGEN1, and the OTSG[n] operates using a negative power-supply voltage (-VSS2) from the VGEN2. In the -VSS1, ripples cause in response to a level shift operation of the LSSG[n], while in the -VSS2, ripples hardly cause because the operation of the OTSG[n] is an switching operation. |
