Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of safely heating a vapor without excessively increase the temperature of a heat source such as a heater.SOLUTION: A heating chamber 11 is adjacent to a buffer chamber 6 and the heat of the heating chamber 11 is conducted to the buffer chamber 6. The vapor generated in the evaporation chamber 5 is reheated in the buffer chamber 6 to safely heat the vapor without excessively increasing the temperature of the heater 2. That means, the power consumption to reheat the vapor is suppressed. The vapor is ejected to the heating chamber 11 through the buffer chamber 6 and then, by changing the design of the buffer chamber 6, the pressure of the vapor is properly controlled.
