Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compatibly attain lower power consumption, a high speed, and higher precision.SOLUTION: A sample holding circuit 500 of the present invention performs a sampling operation for accumulating an electric charge corresponding to a voltage of one of a plurality of input terminals 45 to 48 in a capacitor included in each of SC groups 100, 200, 300, and 400, holding operation for holding the electric charge accumulated in the capacitor included in the SC group, and transfer operation for outputting the electric charge accumulated in the capacitor included in the SC group to an output terminal 51 in the order of the sampling operation, holding operation, and transfer operation, and performs the sampling operation for one of the SC groups 100, 200, 300, and 400 and the holding operation for one of the other SC groups in respective successive periods. |
