Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a circuit board connecting structure which can suppress the degradation of signal transmission quality between printed circuit boards and also allows signal terminals to be positioned at any desired locations on an inter-board connector.SOLUTION: A circuit board connecting structure comprises: a first printed circuit board 5 having a first ground layer; a second printed circuit board 7 having a second ground layer and erected on the surface of the first printed circuit board; an inter-board connector 3 having signal terminals to transmit signals between the first printed circuit board 5 and the second printed circuit board 7 and connecting the second printed circuit board 7 to the first printed circuit board 5; conduction members 4 to conduct electricity between portions away from the inter-board connector 3 of the second ground layer located in the periphery of the second printed circuit board 7 and the first ground layer.
