Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sealing performance of a fuel battery.SOLUTION: The fuel battery 100 includes a support 10, a cell part 20, and a sealing body 42 (40). The cell part 20 is formed on the support 10 and includes a first electrode film 22, an electrolyte film 24, and a second electrode film 26, which are laminated in this order when viewed from the support 10 side. The sealing body 42 is provided on the support 10 so as to enclose the cell part 20. A plurality of through-holes 16 are formed for passing gas on an area of the support 10 where the cell part 20 is formed, and a recessed portion 16 is formed along an outer peripheral edge of the cell part 20. The recessed portion 16 of the support 10 houses a cell part 20a protruded from the formation area of the cell part 20 in the production process, thereby preventing the cell part 20 from being stuck in between the support 40 and the sealing body 42 and improving the sealing performance.
