PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve smooth change between different control modes.SOLUTION: A system for changing the control of a device between the first operation mode and second operation mode of the device is provided with: a control loop using a gain coefficient relating to the first operation mode for generating a control signal for controlling the device in the first operation mode, and using a gain coefficient relating to the second operation mode for generating a control signal for controlling the device in the second operation mode; a gain selector for operating the control loop by using the gain coefficient relating to the second operation mode almost simultaneously with the shift of the device from the first operation mode to the second operation mode; and a smoother for minimizing the sudden change of the control signal during the change of the mode.
