Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve capable of ensuring a coaxial degree, enhancing its strength, and achieving the magnetic blocking between a core and a yoke.SOLUTION: An integrated component 102, in which a core 31 and a yoke 32 are connected to each other via a thin-walled part 101, is cut and machined, and the MIM (Metal Injection Molding) molding is executed with the integrated component 102 as an insert component. In other words, the integrated component 102 is set in a die, and a mixed material, in which a binder is mixed in a non-magnetic metal powder, is fed to the die. The binder is removed in a degreasing process by evaporation or the like, and the remaining metal powder is sintered to form an integrated product 15 in which a connection part 34 is integrated with an outer peripheral part of a butted portion 33 of the core 31 and the yoke 32 constituting the integrated component 102. An inner surface 121 of the integrated product 15 is cut to execute the inside diameter machining. In such a condition, a space part 95 is formed between the core 31 and the yoke 32 by cutting and removing the thin-walled part 101 and a projecting part 105.
