Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-coercive force anisotropic magnet, having an improved coercive force and improved heat resistance by improving the limit of a temperature in using the magnet, and to provide a method for manufacturing the high-coercive force anisotropic magnet.SOLUTION: An organic metal compound solution doped with an organic metal compound represented by M-(OR)(wherein M contains at least one kind from among Dy, Tb or Ho, R is any one of 2-6C alkyl groups and may be straight chain or branched chain, and x is an arbitrary integer) is added to an HDDR powder 41, obtained by finely pulverizing a magnetic material by an HDDR method, and the organic metal compound is uniformly deposited to the surface of magnetic particles. After that, heat treatment is executed by keeping the dried magnetic powder in a vacuum or inert gas atmosphere at 600°C or higher and less than 900°C for 0.01 min to one hour. Furthermore, the heat-treated magnetic powder is molded and baked at 800-1,180°C, thereby a permanent magnet 1 is manufactured.
