Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that if a plurality of pieces of additional information are displayed besides display of time in a timepiece, in some cases its display becomes complicated, or each display becomes smaller and difficult to view, and the problem that the structure of the timepiece becomes complicated and the timepiece becomes larger and thicker as a whole.SOLUTION: An actuating signal for a second hand 103 input from a control means 203 to a driving means 205a, is composed of two signals, OUT1 and OUT2 which are input by turns to move the second hand 103. A second actuating signal in the form of second hand movement is output in the intervals from 17 seconds to 18 seconds to display 'day 17' with the second hand 103. In the intervals other than those, a first actuating signal for actuation in the form of first hand movement is output, to make the second hand 103 look like moving and passing each one-second interval by one step.
