PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sizing agent-coated carbon fiber bundle capable of enhancing interface adhesion between a carbon fiber and a matrix resin, particularly an epoxy resin.SOLUTION: This sizing agent-coated carbon fiber bundle is a sizing agent-coated carbon fiber bundle in which 100 pts.mass of a carbon fiber bundle is coated with 0.1 to 10 pts.mass of a sizing agent and the sizing agent is a mixture containing 1 to 80 pts.mass of a compound (A) having a hydroxy group and/or a carboxy group and a primary amino group and/or a secondary amino group and 20 to 99 pts.mass of a compound (B) having a plurality of epoxy groups, or is a thermally treated product of the mixture.
