Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carpet fastener preventing the occurrence of damages, for example tears and breaks, in the edge of a carpet, and the unfastening of the carpet.SOLUTION: After a harness holding portion 3 is fixed to a wire harness B, the carpet fastener 1 attached with the wire harness B is fixed onto a rocker panel A. After a cable D is fixed into a cable holding portion 5, a latch projection 4 of the carpet fastener 1 is inserted into a latch hole Ca of the carpet C from downside so that a latch brim 4b of the latch projection 4 is latched on the peripheral edge portion of the latch hole Ca of the carpet C. Thereby, the carpet fastener 1 attached with the wire harness B, the cable D, and the carpet C1 is fixed onto the rocker panel A.
