PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demolition method for a concrete structure capable of preventing secondary contamination of a portion treatable as general waste.SOLUTION: In this demolition method for a concrete structure 1 having an inner peripheral part 10 and a center part 30 to be treated as radioactive waste and an outer peripheral part 20 treatable as general waste, an epoxy-based coating for preventing penetration of water is applied onto an outer peripheral surface 20A of the outer peripheral part 20 treatable as general waste, and then the inner peripheral part 10 and the center part 30 to be treated as radioactive waste and the outer peripheral part 20 treatable as general waste are cut collectively, to thereby avoid such a situation that cooling water used for cutting the inner peripheral part 10 and the center part 30 to be treated as radioactive waste penetrates from the outer peripheral surface 20A of the outer peripheral part 20 treatable as general waste, Consequently, secondary contamination of the outer peripheral part 20 treatable as general waste can be prevented.
